Thousands Connect with Top Employers at the 2026 North Texas Job Fair
North Texas showed up in a big way yesterday. The 2026 North Texas Job Fair took over Globe Life Field in Arlington on Thursday, August 6, bringing together more than 670 employers offering an estimated 66,000 open positions — cementing its reputation as one of the largest hiring events in the country.
Now in its fifth year, the event hosted by Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne has grown enormously since launching in 2021, drawing more than 35,000 attendees last year alone. This year it expanded to four concourses at the ballpark — the most in the event's history.
The employer lineup read like a who's-who of the DFW economy. Participants included American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Toyota, Bank of America, Citi, Charles Schwab, Vistra Corp, Children's Health, UT Southwestern Medical Center, DFW International Airport, the Texas Rangers, and the City of Arlington.
Opportunities spanned nearly every industry — healthcare, aviation, technology, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, education, retail, and public safety — with roles ranging from entry-level to executive, and some employers even conducting on-the-spot interviews. Best of all, the event was completely free for job seekers.
The job fair has ended — but your job search hasn't. Keep the momentum going right here on Rova, where hundreds of DFW-area openings are posted and updated regularly.
